Zenzic Capital provides mezzanine facility for 26-unit residential scheme in Bedminster, Bristol

Zenzic Capital is pleased to announce a mezzanine facility to a highly experienced local developer for a new build development in Bristol. The scheme provides 26 new-build apartments with a mix of 1 and 2 bed units, and has an expected GDV in excess of £6.0 million.

The Zenzic Secured Lending (ZSL) facility provides part of the capital requirement for the development in the Bedminster suburb of Bristol, approximately one mile to the south of the city centre. The immediate area is subject to substantial regeneration proposals. Zenzic partnered with Shawbrook Bank who are providing the senior debt facility.
